Swimming day

Today is a swimming day and I do it twice a week.
Swimming is hard sports and consumes a lot of energy.
I trying to do other exercises because I have less exercise than before.
So I started 100 sit-ups a day lately.

 

오늘은 수영을 하는 날이고 일주일에 2번씩 한다. 

수영은 상당히 힘든운동으로 에너지 소모가 많다.
이전보다 운동량이 줄어 다른 운동을 하려고 노력하고 있다. 
그래서 윗몸일으키기를 하루에 100개씩 시작했다.
